Appearing in the June edition of Coast, this was a joint-feature by Angie and Richard Aspinall on Guy Grieve; author, adventurer and owner of the Ethical Shellfish Company. Guy lives and operates his business on the isle of Mull and provides the some of the best restaurants in the UK with ethically sourced scallops. We spent the day on his boat and learned more about hand-diving scallops.
